Annotate Documents Using Annotations Toolbar

Users can also use the Annotations Toolbar available at the right pane of the Document Viewer to annotate documents.

Annotation Toolbar Icons

Description

Selector - allows users to select/deselect the existing annotations.

Draw - allows users to draw the following:

  • Line

  • Pointer line

Shapes - allows users to draw a rectangular box on the document.

Text - allows users to add text in the document.

Hilite - allows users to highlight a specific content in the document.

Redact - allows users to draw solid square or rectangle to mask information.

Stamp - allows users to draw boxes and add content in the box.

Rubber Stamp - allows users to stamp a custom stamp, standard phrase, or comment on the document.

Note - allows users to create notes.

Annotation Properties - allows users to view and modify the properties of the selected annotations on the Annotation toolbar in the Document Viewer. The icon color turns to blue when enabled.

Modifying Annotation Properties

Annotation Properties allows users to view and modify the properties for the selected annotations.

Users can modify annotation properties in the Document Viewer by performing the following steps:

Select the preferred annotation from the document.

Click the Annotation Properties icon from the Annotations Toolbar. The Properties pane appears on the right side of the Document Viewer based on the selected annotation.

Click to expand the properties.

Modify the properties as required.

Click Close.
